Our Services
We provide efficient physiotherapy through the following services:
Kinesio Taping
& Strapping
Kinesio tape is a definitive rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion as well as providing extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of manual therapy administered within the clinical setting. Latex-free and wearable for days at a time. It can be applied in hundreds of ways and has the ability to re-educate the neuromuscular system, reduce pain and inflammation, optimize performance, prevent injury and promote good circulation and healing, and assist in returning the body to homeostasis.
Myofascial Release
& Soft Tissue Release
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Our one-on-one therapy sessions are hands-on treatments during which our therapists use a multitude of Myofascial Release techniques and movement therapy Each Myofascial Release treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils or creams. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.
Spinal Mobilisation
& Manipulation
Spinal manipulation is a technique used by manual therapists that is used to treat pain in the neck or back, although it also can relieve discomforts of the musculoskeletal system, which includes all of our joints and muscles throughout the body. This therapy uses mobilisation and manipulation techniques to help restore full movement to restricted joints, as well normal elasticity to muscles and other soft tissues. Restoring mechanical and soft tissue balance benefits the structures of the entire body and its physiological mechanisms.

For All Patients
The 9 months of pregnancy are an amazing and life changing experience, however they can take a toll on your body as it transforms to accommodate your growing baby. During pregnancy, your body undergoes dramatic change in a fairly short period of time. As the baby grows inside you, your hormones, posture and balance change. With time, as the baby gets heavier, the pressure inside your abdomen and down onto your pelvic floor muscles increases. This pressure means your pelvic floor muscles need to stay strong to support the weight of the baby and to prevent leakage of urine. The muscles, joints and ligaments undergo many changes which affect the whole body, and it is common to experience a variety of musculoskeletal symptoms.
