🏃 5 EXERCISE GUIDES

Download simple exercises recommended by our physiotherapists to improve recovery.

🖼️ Exercise 1 : Neurological Rehabilitation

Neurological rehabilitation exercises are designed to stimulate neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to rewire itself and form new neural connections after an injury or illness

🖼️ Exercise 2 : Sport Injury Recovery

Sports injury rehabilitation exercises focus on safely restoring strength, flexibility, and function to injured tissues. Progression should always move from low-impact mobility to targeted strengthening, and finally to dynamic, sport-specific movements.

🖼️ Exercise 3 : Scapular & Shoulder Mobility

Scapular and shoulder mobility exercises are active movements designed to loosen tight muscles, improve posture, and increase the free range of motion in your shoulder joints and shoulder blades.

🖼️ Exercise 4 : Pelvic Floor

. Pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) act like a supportive hammock for your bladder, bowel, and uterus. The goal is to consciously clench and release these internal muscles to build strength and control.

🖼️ Exercise 5 : Spinal Stability

Spinal stability is the body’s ability to maintain the alignment and integrity of the spine under everyday loads and movements. It relies on a coordinated effort between your bones, ligaments, and deep core muscles to prevent unwanted shifting, protect the spinal cord, and efficiently transfer force between your upper and lower body.
